About Me
I have always had a passion for health and fitness. As a youth I was a competitive tennis player, and became a First Dan Blackbelt in Karate while at university.
I have spent thousands of hours reading, researching and practicing different techniques and methodologies around nutrition and training. And through study and experience understand that there is no one-size-fits-all approach towards health and wellness.
With a strong leaning towards science, coupled with personal observations, I know that there is something that works for everyone, which needs to be aligned with our personal goals, preferences and available resources.

In 2016, when I turned 50, I moved fulltime into the nutrition and training industry, focusing on working with people to help them achieve and sustain their body transformation goals.

I am currently completing Precision Nutrition's Sport and Exercise Nutrition Certification, as well as HPFA's Personal Trainer Certification. I have also completed coach training through the Ubuntu Academy of Coaching and Training.

I'd love to chat to you about what you would like to achieve in relation to your health and well-being.

My personal transformation over the years as I moved from restrictive dieting to flexible dieting and strength training.

Richard lost about 25kgs and gained muscle through a combination of flexible dieting and strength training.

Leigh-Anne lost 30kgs over about 12 months by using flexible dieting, tracking her meals on My Fitness Pal, and working out three to four hours a week.
